Elki Camacho
Having received many awards for innovation, leadership and simplicity, Elki Camacho has been a change agent, forward thinker and at her core, a lover of problem solving.  Before devoting herself full time to Elki Consulting Group, Elki spent her years in the Pharmaceutical and Beauty industries first immersed in the Training & Development world, and then serving as an in-house IT consultant for Marketing and Sales Divisions. Merging these two paths, her concentration in adult learning, behavior-based leadership has assisted many companies in elevating and transforming their business. As a champion of Women in Leadership and Diversity and Inclusion, she has founded several networking groups and lends her time to mentoring and being active in the community.
