Almost every Agreement in the Collaborative Process involves the sale or transfer of a residence along with myriad issues including:

• Choice of broker
• Establishing the sales price
• The time of sale
• Closing in the future
• Occupancy
• Maintenance pending sale
• Costs of closing and transfer taxes
• Reporting gains
In the collaborative process, we should be able to resolve these issues equitably. This Pod meeting led by long standing NYACP member Georgia Kramer, Esq. will address not only identifying the problems but also resolving them. Join us!
