NYACP Reoccuring "ZOOM" Meetings hosted by the N. Westchester Pod

Join our NW POD on Nov 16th from  9 to 10 AM with Chiropractor and Applied Kinesiologist, Steven Goodstein, you will understand what you can do to reduce stress in your body and mind, while sitting with clients or working at your own desk. With the holidays fast approaching, you can also learn techniques to manage and reduce stress for a more enjoyable holiday season.

If you get neck pain, headaches, upper back pain, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, low back pain, low energy or fatigue - this POD zoom may help you.

These are all common symptoms of sitting too long or improperly. Learn what you can do to feel better as well as how to prevent problems from developing. Dr. Goodstein will also show you simple exercises you can do at your work area and how to reduce sitting stress and pain.

Common symptoms of sitting too long, having poor posture and ergonomics: Neck pain, Tension Headaches, Upper back pain , Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, Low Back Pain, low energy/fatigue.
