◼ How can family specialists and financial neutrals assist in identifying and assessing the impact of power and control on a settlement?
◼ How can the judicial system actually make matters worse for the victim?
◼ What resources exist for practitioners and families?

Robi Schlaff, Esq. has served as director of the Westchester County Office for Women since 2013. She is an attorney with vast experience in the areas of family law and domestic violence. A former Executive Director of the Westchester Family Justice Center (WFJC) Robi is extremely knowledgeable about the issues facing women and families. Darlene Burns Reda, Esq. is the Program Administrator for the Westchester County Office for Women and is a past Director of the WFJC. She is a former Assistant District Attorney, Bronx County, handling all types of misdemeanor and felony cases, including domestic violence, robberies, narcotics and homicide. In her present role, Darlene provides trainings and presentations on topics such as domestic violence, workplace safety, and lethality risk factors.
